The Recruiter II will be responsible for partnering with the hiring manager to identify, source, screen and submit qualified candidates for open and approved positions. They will work to understand the positions and fill company openings quickly and efficiently.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Typically, the employee may sit comfortable to do the work. However, there may be some walking; standing; bending; carrying of light items such as papers, books, small parts, etc. No special physical demands are required to perform the work.
