Responsible for overseeing the physical installation, maintenance and repair of the company’s products and services to meet the company’s business objectives, create customer loyalty, grow revenue and manage costs within their assigned area. Manage and lead a team of Field Service Technicians and Administrators and functions including process and procedures, work flows, CSAT, employee management, fleet management, inventory management, vendor management, contract negotiations and training programs.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Standing, sitting, walking, speaking, listening, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping and manipulating tools, typing, using peripheral computer tools. May be required to lift up to 25 pounds.
