Responsible for all aspects of the manufacturing and repair process of all Telecommunication Call Processing platforms, related Networking Equipment, Workstations, Hard Drives, Securus Video Visitation units and other Securus equipment. Responsible for all system configurations for Securus equipment such as Video Visitation, Workstations, VPM2 systems, NSD servers and other call/video related platforms. Responsible to support the creation and maintenance of manufacturing documentation to comply with the latest updates/changes.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Standing, sitting, walking, speaking, listening, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping and manipulating tools, typing, using peripheral computer tools. May be required to lift up to 50 pounds.
