  • Overview

    Job Purpose:

     

    The Reporting and Analysis Specialist is responsible for preparation and distribution of various internal reports to the operational groups, and ensuring that all Operation Leaders have the appropriate data and tools to run their business units.

    Responsibilities

    Essential Duties:

    • Produce and maintain daily, weekly, monthly reporting for the Support and Technical Operations organization
    • Create ad hoc reports and presentations for business needs utilizing tools such as SQL, Excel analysis tools (Pivot Tables), and PowerPoint
    • Analyze contact center trends in trouble tickets, assignments, call platforms and financial impacts
    • Identify data trends and recommend operational process updates to increase efficiency and control costs
    • Anticipate business needs and identify and implement solutions
    • Provide analysis projects and process enhancements regarding data to corporate partners as needed
    • Recommend system and process enhancement related to team or business line procedures
    • Create Ad-hoc reports and presentations for business needs
    • Maintain daily/weekly reporting for the operation departments
    • Provide input on new technologies.

    Qualifications

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    • Demonstrated strong analytical and problem solving skills
    • Quantitative ability, including experience gathering and manipulating data from multiple sources
    • Ability and willingness to learn new software applications.
    • Skills in complex problem solving, judgement, critical thinking and decision making.
    • Ability to work alone with minimum supervision and with others in a team environment, occasionally under time pressure and on several tasks at the same time.
    • Ability to organize information and have attention to details and accurately follow procedures.
    • Ability to build and maintain SQL queries and SQL services reporting services

     

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
    • 3 years of experience in SQL, (queries, stored procedures, reporting services)
    • 3 years of experience in the field or related area
    • 4 years of experience in a contact center
    • Experience with Microsoft Products. (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)

     

     

    Physical Requirements:

     

    Standing, sitting, walking, speaking, listening, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping and manipulating tools, typing, using peripheral computer tools.  May be required to lift up to 25 pounds.
