  • Overview

    The CRM Developer/Analyst will perform development activities related to the cloud Sales CRM (Salesforce) and the supporting back-end data sources. In particular, he/she will perform functions related to ETL and data analysis for the data warehouse and related marts.


    Essential Duties:

    • The lead developer, SME, and support for Sales CRM data integration services (ETL) development.
    • Supporting developer for ETL to back-office data sources

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong problem solving skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment with associates.
    • Capability of effective planning and priority setting.
    • High level of analytical ability and accuracy, strong Excel skills, with particular focus on modeling and the use of advanced spreadsheet features
    • Detail oriented, self-starter with strong written and interpersonal skills



    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or commensurate work experience/certifications
    • Minimum 5 years’ experience with ETL processes using SSIS and other tools
    • Proven experience in designing and developing complex data flows from disparate data sources including cloud systems, SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, and non-relational. 

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with Salesforce or similar cloud-based CRM is highly desirable
    • Data modeling background
    • Talend background
    • Experience with C# development


    Physical Requirements:


    Standing, sitting, walking, speaking, listening, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping and manipulating tools, typing, using peripheral computer tools.  May be required to lift up to 25 pounds.
