  • Overview

    Responsible for supporting the Field Sales organization by managing, maintaining, designing, developing, updating the Sales Force CRM platform to ensure that Securus is maximizing SFDC’s efficiency and capitalizing on the full features and benefits that SFDC provides to various user groups across Securus

    Responsibilities

    • Serve as Subject Matter Expert for Salesforce and related cloud-based systems
    • Customize solutions on Salesforce and integrated cloud-based platforms
    • Support critical business functions and enhance sales, service, and project management processes
    • Develop and enhance reports, dashboards and supporting process flows to provide accurate and timely visibility into Salesforce data
    • Provide technical leadership and assume accountability for successful implementation of complex cloud solutions
    • Understand the Salesforce product application roadmap, proactively planning for business enhancements
    • Provide coaching and mentoring of business and IT resources for supported systems
    • Ensure technical solutions are properly architected and review code to ensure quality
    • Meet project objectives
    • Collaborate with other IT resources and system business owners throughout the SDLC

    SKILLS

    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment with associates.
    • Capability of effective planning and priority setting.
    • High level of analytical ability and accuracy, strong Excel skills, with particular focus on modeling and the use of advanced spreadsheet features
    • Strong reporting background using standard reporting tools including SFDC standard reporting functionality
    • Detail oriented, self-starter with strong written and interpersonal skills

    Qualifications

    MINIMUM QUALIFIACTIONS

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
    • 10+ years of Salesforce experience

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Salesforce Administration experience in environment with 250+ users
    • Proficiency with Salesforce development tools including Apex, VisualForce, SOQL, JavaScript, Force.com, Salesforce API, and Lightning
    • Demonstrable ability managing a complex Salesforce environment containing multiple roles and hierarchies, a high number of profiles, and multiple permission sets for system access and control
    • Solid experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Java or C#
    • Demonstrable ability to work on multiple tasks with aggressive timelines
    • Familiarity with web security concepts and implementations
    • Salesforce certification

     

    Physical Requirements:

     

    Standing, sitting, walking, speaking, listening, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping and manipulating tools, typing, using peripheral computer tools.  May be required to lift up to 25 pounds.
