Responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the human resource function including: staffing, compensation, benefits, training, employee relations, safety and compliance. Administers and innovates human resources programs and policies support company goals and positively engage the workforce. The incumbent will work with business unit leaders to create and maintain a culture focused on fulfilling the company’s purpose and centered upon its cultural attributes.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Standing, sitting, walking, speaking, listening, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping and manipulating tools, typing, using peripheral computer tools. May be required to lift up to 50 pounds.
