    Job Purpose:

     

    Responsible for providing services to specific customers as outlined in the customer contract for services. Responsible for monitoring equipment installation/service/removal as well as enrollee communication to maintain services.

    Responsibilities

    Essential Duties:

    • Responsible for providing services to specific customers as outlined in the customer contract for services.
    • Monitors equipment installation/service/removal as well as enrollee communication to maintain services.
    • Install, service, remove monitoring devices within the time-frame outlined in the contract for services
    • Clean and sanitize all returned equipment prior to the next installation
    • Provide all additional services as outlined in the contract for services
    • Maintain a positive professional relationship with all involved agency staff
    • Maintain a professional relationship with all enrollees’ specifically providing the required services as outlined in the agency contract for services
    • Maintain a professional relationship with all STOP staff and STOP contracted labor
    • Other duties as assigned

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    • Solid organizational and time-management skills
    • Strong communications skills
    • Strong interpersonal skills and an attention to detail.
    • Intermediate computer skills.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma/GED
    • 3 years related experience

     

    Physical Requirements:

    Standing, sitting, walking, speaking, listening, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping and manipulating tools, typing, using peripheral computer tools.  May be required to lift up to 25 pounds.
