The Remote Service Administrator is responsible for providing services to specific customers as outlined in the customer contract for services. Responsible for monitoring equipment installation/service/removal and accurate data entry into VeriTracks as well as enrollee communication to maintain services. Responsible for maintaining adequate inventories of monitoring equipment and all parts needed for installation and ongoing maintenance.
The key challenge to this position is balancing all tasks while maintaining services within the contracted time-frames. This is accomplished with strong prioritizing skills and the efficient execution of tasks. Effective communication with all involved in the monitoring process will greatly assist in a successful completion of all job related responsibilities.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Standing, sitting, walking, speaking, listening, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping and manipulating tools, typing, using peripheral computer tools. May be required to lift up to 25 pounds.
