  • Overview

    Job Purpose:

     

    Responsible for leading the Field Site Administrators and delivering against Customer Management, Employee Management and Business Management objectives.  Responsibilities also include managing fleet of vehicles on national level by establishing, implementing, and maintaining vehicle standards and assuring adherence to vehicle policies and procedures.  Leads the service administrator team and manage fleet while delivering exceptional quality service to external and internal customers while minimizing costs.

    Responsibilities

    Essential Duties:

    • Customer Management
      • Travel and visit customers and associates to ensure customer satisfaction regarding administrators.
      • Ensure contract requirements for service administration are met.
    • Employee Relationship Management
      • Provide Area Leadership to assigned Associates.
      • Hire and develop direct reports
      • Approve timesheets, time off requests, expense reports, CRS Invoice
      • Must exhibit all of the Company’s cultural attributes.
      • Ensure the technical performance of their team(s) utilizing training courses etc…
    • Vehicle Management
      • Administration for 45+ Enterprise Vehicles and 45+ Motus Drivers with annual national repair budget of $80K, lease budget exceeding $400K
      • Administration of Motus program and GEOTAB Program
      • Process and work with Service Managers on repair approval
      • Create and monitor processes to ensure vehicle maintenance schedules being followed.
      • Monitor fuel usage and mileage trends.
    • Business Management
      • Management responsibility for planning and implementation of the Area budget (cost center)
      • Area Asset management (Truck Inventory, Company car, Laptop’s, and Etc..)
      • Monitor service administrators and ensure that associates are meeting the expectations.                
      • Analyze and reduce operating costs.        
    • Lead team to meet and exceed company objectives

    Qualifications

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    • Customer Relationship and Account Management Skills
    • Budget planning and management skills
    • Employee Development and Performance Management Skills
    • Computing and Business Tool experience (Word, Excel, Power point, and Etc...)
    • Good driver record
    • Ability to travel
    • Knowledge of computer & telephony skills
    • Good interpersonal skills

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma

     

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • 2 or more years of supervisor experience
    • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience

     

    Physical Requirements:

     

    Standing, sitting, walking, speaking, listening, typing, using peripheral computer tools, driving.
