We are looking for a highly motivated individual able to contribute in an Agile development team where they will participate in grooming, design, development, and internal demos of solutions for our calling platform. This position will require good design and communication skills to help the team develop quality code using best practices. This role will be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in multiple technologies and be providing guidance to other team members and setting standards for other teams leveraging the same technology stack. Responsibilities will require communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and representing development team in requirements discussions. It is important to be a team player and know your technical limits.  It is important to have confidence with humility, as a team member sharing knowledge and assisting others needing coaching and guidance.

    • With the breadth of your experience and knowledge, work with teams to craft a design, choose the appropriate technology and approach to design a solution that both answers the problem at hand, and stays within constraints

On top as a Lead, you would be expected to set the standards and best practices and more importantly, do it by example and not by words. You should also be up to speed on practices like TDD, continuous integration, pairing, and CI/CD Automation.
    • We believe strongly in Agile, Lean and Continuous Delivery practices. You would be expected to influence and coach the teams to adapt and sustain those practices for overall efficiency, quality and integrity
    • Thinking big and acting fast. You’ll need a startup mentality with enterprise awareness. That means you can manage competing priorities, that you’re ready to pivot or adjust plans quickly, and that you understand the role you and your team play in major organizations’ tech strategies.
    • Influencing priorities, for both the team and the client. You understand both the business problem and the technical solution, and you’re able to advocate for excellence and effect change when necessary.
