Build relationships with customer’s management-level stakeholders (product champions) to drive project success and grow adoption of new Medical Solutions after the initial sale. (Change orders, New Solutions, Upgrades). Bridge the customer relationship gap between Sales and Project Management. This includes managing customer expectations and creating SOWs in conjunction with the customer and product management. Objectively Increase customer satisfaction, client retention, and adoption rate of Medical Solutions products with existing clients.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Standing, sitting, walking, speaking, listening, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping and manipulating tools, typing, using peripheral computer tools. May be required to lift up to 25 pounds.
