The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for partnering with the hiring manager to identify, source, screen and submit qualified candidates for open and approved positions. They will work to understand the positions and fill company openings quickly and efficiently.
The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing assigned positions throughout the company.
Must be knowledgeable in HR procedures, relevant laws related to interviewing employees, explaining human resource policies, benefits, and preparing human resource reports. Some of the essential functions of the job are as follows; other duties may be assigned.

Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and Outlook. Knowledge of Access preferred.
