Looking for a highly motivated individual willing to contribute to all facets of the Software Lifecycle Development of SECURUS systems and applications

The ideal candidate will have the following qualities: good written and verbal communication skills, detail oriented, organized, self-starter, driven, and attention to detail. This job also assists other team members by providing cross-training and product expertise.


  • Requirement/Functional Specification/Design Review
  • Develop test plan, test case documentation and test strategies
  • Perform centralized Web, Mobile & Tablet applications testing
  • Perform IVR & Video application testing
  • Perform test execution, Reporting and Tracking of product defects and document test result
  • Constructs and runs queries to identify potential problems or barriers and considers alternatives to resolve them or escalates for additional review.


  • 2-5 years of quality assurance experience
  • Knowledge & proficient with Linux or UNIX basic commands
  • Knowledge & proficient with data retrieving command for Oracle, MS SQL or CouchDB
  • Knowledge & experience testing application with at least two of the following: Java Script, HTML, Report Workers, Web Service, .Net/IIS, Graphic Engine or Liferay
  • Knowledge & experience centralized system capacity and load testing
  • Knowledge & experience with Quality Center/ALM, TeamForge
  • Knowledge & experience with MS Office Pro (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Ability to work with diverse teams
  • Ability to take total ownership of assignments
  • Team Player and a self-starter
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills


  • SoapUI experience
  • LoadRunner experience
  • Web/Mobile application testing experience
  • Telecom IVR application testing experience
