Overview

This position will provide monitoring support via telephone and email to both internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

~ Document customer requests and interactions via tracking software

~ Monitor and track system alerts

Qualifications

~ Exceptional customer service and communication skills

~ Experience involving customer contact is REQUIRED

~ Ability to follow through and document issues and resolutions

~ Strong verbal and written skills ~ Good organizational and multitasking skills.

~ Self-motivated, independent and team player

~ High School Diploma or equivalent

~ Permission to work in US

~ Flexible schedule to include holidays

~ *** MUST ENJOY INTERFACING WITH INTERNAL and EXTERNAL CUSTOMERS
