Job Purpose:   

To build monthly account review presentations for the Account Relations Team.


This position will use an intermediate skill level with Excel and Power Point to pull and present data that the Account Relations team will review with their clients on a monthly basis.


Principal Accountabilities or Duties

  • Analyze changes, trends, to request changes for bug fixes and enhancements.
  • Analyze trends – tickets, billing etc. to drive reduction in transactions.
  • Create Ad-hoc reports and presentations for business needs
  • Maintain processes that are coordinated with operation department
  • Maintain daily reporting for operations department.
  • Monitor operation stats and performs allocation changes as needed.
  • Handle all call routing needed for different call centers based on day to day needs.
  • Send out daily, weekly and monthly reports that the operations has requested

Latitude or Decision-making

  • May be asked gather initial information on issues and analyze trends
  • Complete latitude to resolve end user issues





  • 1-5 years call center experience
  • 1-5 years Telecommunications experience/ proficiency
  • 1-2 years experience with Word, Excel and Power Point
  • SQL experience a plus
  • Visio experience a plus

  • Communicates effectively to all levels of management
  • Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel and Power Point required





  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.


Language Skills

  • Must be able to communicate effectively in written and spoken English in clear and concise manner


Certifications required or preferred

Knowledge of Securus systems and products is a plus
