This position will take direction from the IVR IT Manager and is required as part of the Production Support team to provide 24x7 support for IVR applications. Our IVR applications handle over 3.5 million calls per month, or over 100,000+ calls per day. In addition, the IVRs’ handles over 43% of our funding. Even a short outage can have a very large impact on our business.
