This position will work with our Tablet development team as Tier 3 support. The candidate must be literate with applications. Diagnose and assign trouble tickets, triage production issues, document requirements back to development, and perform break fix operations. The candidate will support applications from QA/Preproduction and Production. Will have responsibility for keeping the environment on current versions of software and participate in environment design decisions. On call support is required of this position.
